lyrics
End of days, bury me
Afterlife, not for me
Deep below, shallow grave
Eternity’s dismal slave
Evermore, sorrowing
Obsidian, wallowing
Remember me? Passer by
Shed a tear yester year
Grim remains in marble town
Charnel dreams in hell abound
Forever gone, no U-turn
Dead man’s ash in cold clay urn
Gone forever
Dying embers on stygian sore
Sleep forever, dream no more
The fading light, the setting sun
Life now spent, death has begun
Searing heat, my choking lungs burn
Ashen blood, my smoking flesh sears
Feasting worms, inhumation
Dreams burn, my cremation
In the crimson of coals of night
Our joyless souls burn bright
To fade to drowsy deaths delight
I’m just a lonely souvenir of death
Here we are right here now
Silhouettes of yesteryear
Silent movies long spent tears
I’m just a lonely souvenir
Here we are right here now
Silhouettes of yesteryear
Silent movies long spent tears
I’m just a lonely souvenir of death
Seeds upon a riven throne
Others reap what I have sown
All I was has turned to stone
I’m just a lonely souvenir of death
Here we are right here now
Silhouettes of yesteryear
Silent movies long spent tears
I’m just a lonely souvenir
Cause’ here we are right here now
Silhouettes of yesteryear
Silent movies long spent tears
I’m just a lonely souvenir of death

I've been a huge fan of this band since hearing 'Campfires', an album which I've played to death! This one is a little different in a way, and it took me sooooo long to get in to, but once it clicked, holy shit did it click. Sea Fire is an absolute banger that evokes sounds of Filosofem era Burzum and Mystifier to my ears...not a bad mix at all. I love 'Ghostly Shores' so much I bought the CD and the Cassette and now I eagerly await whatever comes next from OCR. Skek-Gra
